Can I track multiple items with the Tracking Card?

Yes, the Tracer Tracking Card is not limited to just your wallet. You can use it to track various items such as luggages, bags, phones, passports, and more, providing comprehensive tracking solutions for your everyday essentials.

Is the Card compatible with non-Apple devices?

Currently, the Tracer Tracking Card is optimized for use only with Apple devices and the Find My app. However, we are continuously exploring opportunities to expand compatibility with other platforms in the future.

Are there any monthly fees?

No monthly fees or subscriptions! You pay once for the Tracer Tracking Card and enjoy all tracking features with no additional costs. The Tracking Card works using the Free Apple Find My app that is pre-installed on all Apple devices.

Does the Card require charging?

Yes, the Tracer Tracking Card features wireless charging capability for your convenience. Simply place it on a compatible charging pad to recharge when needed. A full charge lasts up to 5 months, indicated by a color-changing LED light. Reusable multiple times, more economical.

Tracer Tracking Cards are compatible with standard Qi and MagSafe chargers. Use only certified Tracer chargers and avoid charging on flammable surfaces. Tracer is not responsible for damages arising from third-party accessories or improper charging conditions.

Does the tracking card work with RFID-blocking wallets?

Yes, our tracking card works perfectly with RFID-blocking wallets. It does not interfere with RFID protection, so your cards stay secure while you always know where your wallet is.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

When will my order be shipped?

What if I want to return my order?

No problem. We offer a 100-day risk-free return period from the day you receive your order.
