You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

No pressure. No uncertainty.

 


Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, please note:

 

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Please note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, items explicitly marked as final sale, or gift cards.

 


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email support@tracergoods.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • (Optional) A brief reason for the return — this helps us improve


If approved, we’ll provide:

  • The correct return address

  • Step-by-step return instructions

  • A return authorization (RMA) reference, which must be included in your package for fast processing


Return Shipping

 

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

  • Prepaid label option (where available): We can provide a prepaid return label. The exact label cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and approved.

  • Our error: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Customs & carrier delays:

Shipping or customs delays are outside our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. We’ll always assist with tracking and resolution where possible.

 


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@tracergoods.com immediately.


To speed things up, we may request photos or short verification details.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 


Exchanges

Looking to switch colors or variants?

 

  • Fastest option: Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Traditional exchange: Contact support@tracergoods.com. Once approved and received, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder the exact item you want.

 

 


Refunds — How & When

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.

 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

 

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank first.

Return Denials

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

 

  • Are sent without authorization

  • Fall outside the 100-day return window

  • Do not meet the eligibility requirements

 

Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.

 


Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly — many ship within hours.
